Phase-Change Immersion Liquid Cooling System
- Technical Principle: The server motherboard is fully immersed in a special insulating fluorinated liquid (coolant). The liquid boils upon contact with heat-generating components, producing bubbles that carry away heat (phase-change process). The bubbles rise, release heat in the condenser, and turn back into liquid, completing the cycle.
